Kratos Football Club was founded in March 2013, on the shores of Akweley, a community in Kasoa in the Central Region. The youth football club was established by and five renowned youth activists, Mathias Donkor, Evans Donkor, Fiifi Bondzie-Akom, Felix Donkor and Josiah Donkor.
The Club was formed on the foundation of encouraging young people in Kasoa, Akweley and its environs to gain formal education through Association Football.
Since the foundation of the club, the management led by Mathias Donkor has been able to organise age groups teams (U13, U15, U17 ) and have been participating in juvenile leagues organised by the Gomoa East District Football Association in the Central Region.
The Club has achieved a feet yet to be broken. Winning the Regional Juvenile League in the U-17 and U-15 levels in 2014/2015. They also become runners up respectively in the zone ‘B’ championship.
Kratos Football Club has become a hub and vibrant youth football club with a solid holistic development structures which enable players to be developed in the areas of character, mental and skills, right from tender age of eight(8) to an elite Youth team which participates in senior level football competition. The club has produced talented players like Evans Ababio and Daniel Donkor just to mention but a few who currently are trading in the country’s elite Division, Ghana Premier League.
In the year 2020, the club promoted some of its juvenile players to form U19 team and participated in the 2020/2021 Central Region Division Three League and become the third runners-up at the end of the season.
Kratos FC as a club has team work as its core value and has partnered with local and international organisations including the Stanley Mathews Coaching Foundation, Kick 4 Christ, Ghana, Onside Soccer, UK and Werrington Wasps Football Club in the UK to provide opportunities and support for more disadvantaged youth in Ghana and beyond to play and develop a career in football.
Kratos has envisioned becoming the most loved Youth Football Club brand in Africa.
